Please read these terms and conditions carefully.
By creating an account and receiving Styl’d Packages, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree you may not create an account.
These terms and conditions are subject to occasional revision. We will notify you of any changes via email and also update on our website. You are responsible for providing us with your up to date email address, you may update it by modifying the information when logged into your account. Please regularly check our website to view current terms and conditions.
To become a client you must provide your name, email address, other registration information and select a password which you should not share with any other third parties. You are responsible for your account and any activity relating to it. If you believe your account have been used by anyone other than yourself please contact us immediately so we can put a temporary hold on the account.
Clients will pay an initial non-refundable subscription fee of $40 that will be charged to their credit card at time of signing up. For this they will then receive a welcome pack in that gives the client the ability to measure themselves so we (Styl’d by Jean & Pete) can make a bodice of the client. Clients will be responsible for updating us to any changes in their size.
You may cancel your account at least 5 days prior to any Styl’d Package being shipped.
Once you have paid your subscription fee you can then decide whether to receive Styl’d Packages once a month or every six weeks. You may change the frequency of your Styl’d Package by giving us at least 5 working days notice before the next package is due to be shipped. You are responsible for the price of any products that are not returned in accordance with our policies.
We will charge a $29 fee to your credit card on the day of postage of every Styl’d Package, further details are outlined in payment section. Once you sign up for Styl’d Packages we will send you five products chosen by Styl’d by Jean & Pete at our discretion. You will be able to try the products on in your own home to see what you like and then decide to keep all, some or none of the products in the shipment. We will charge you for the product(s) you decide to keep as described in the payment section (below).
We will send an invoice with each Styl’d Package with the price of each item and a package total.
If you want to send back any of the products in your Styl’d Package simply place them back in the box they arrived in, tape the prepaid return label on the box and ring the 0800 number provided. The return is at no cost to you the customer. Any products sent back must be scanned by the courier five (5) days after you receive the package. They must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. You will remain responsible for the returned products until we determine they are unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We will assume you have chosen to keep any products in the Styl’d package that you do not return via prepaid courier to us after five days, and we will charge your account for those products. Please contact us within three days of receiving your Styl’d Package if you wish to request extra time to try products on, it is at Styl’d by Jean & Pete’s discretion to decide whether to grant permission.
If you want to exchange any of the products in your Styl’d Package (e.g. for a different colour) you can request an exchange by emailing or phoning us. You will need to return the original product in the original box using the prepaid return label the day you request an exchange. The exchange product will be sent to you once we determine the original product is unworn and in original condition with tags attached. If you receive the exchange product and you wish to return it, you can send it back in the Styl’d Box with the return label taped on within five (5) days of you receiving the exchange product.
If you choose to keep the entire Styl’d Package please notify us via email or phone that you will be doing so no later than 3pm five days after you receive your package.
If your parcel does not get delivered to you, please let us know asap. They are all signature required so we can track anything that isn’t correctly delivered.
We will charge your credit card a $29 fee on the morning a Styl’d Package is posted, if you decide to purchase any of products in your Styl’d Package the $29 will be deducted from the purchase total. If you choose to not purchase anything this fee will not be refunded. This subscription fee does not accumulate and you will only receive a discount of $29 if you buy something within that month.
You can choose one of the two payment methods on offer. (a) the full amount of your purchase will be deducted from your credit card on the day receive either your notification you are keeping your entire Styl’d Package or we receive your return package. (b) you may elect to lay buy your package over 6 weeks with 6 equal payments being deducted from your credit card starting the day we receive either your notification you are keeping your entire Styl’d Package or we receive your return package.
By supplying your credit card details you authorise us to charge your credit card.
If we do not receive notification of your intention to keep your Styl’d Package by 3pm on the last of your 5 day try-on period or the return courier label has not been activated by day five of your try-on period you will be charged for the full amount of your Styl’d Package. Unless you have have made prior contact to apply for an extension to the five days.
If a product slips through our strict quality control please contact us via email and we will organise a replacement to be sent to you. If a replacement is not available we will send an alternative.
All information collected by Styl’d by Jean & Pete will be kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties.
